I’m Cristina Trocan, and behind this Pilates Reformer page is my passion for exercise and a healthy lifestyle. I practice and am passionate about racing and mtb cycling, skiing, kitesurfing and trekking, but one activity that has changed my life is Pilates, and I want to share it with you. I want to help others as Pilates has helped me. I’m a certified Pilates mat, Pilates Reformer and Aerobic-fitness instructor, holding multiple national and international accreditations.
